What is going on here? The13 Attributes perhaps?
Seems like a ‘massive’ undertaking . . . to say the least.

סא  חֶבְלֵי רְשָׁעִים עִוְּדֻנִי;    תּוֹרָתְךָ, לֹא שָׁכָחְתִּי.	Psalm 119: 61 The bands of the wicked have enclosed me; but I have not forgotten Thy law.
סב  חֲצוֹת-לַיְלָה–אָקוּם, לְהוֹדוֹת לָךְ:    עַל, מִשְׁפְּטֵי צִדְקֶךָ.	62 At midnight I will rise to give thanks unto Thee because of Thy righteous ordinances.
